Salary Information

Base pay range: $98,581.00/yr - $103,769.00/yr

What You Will Do
Work collaboratively with the Office of the Provost and lead a dedicated team to advance ongoing initiatives and develop new directions for online education, alternate sessions, corporate partnerships, and non‑credit offerings.
Serve as a liaison with key university leaders and stakeholders and represent the university with external partners and organizations.
Collaborate with the Office of the Provost, ITS, Deans, and academic units to expand online and alternate session offerings and online programs.
Build and manage corporate and vendor partnerships and market related services.
Support students and coordinate faculty development opportunities related to online, alternate session, and partnership programs.
Develop new budget models for online, corporate partnership, and non‑credit programs in collaboration with university stakeholders to support program expansion.
FLSA: Exempt
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
A master’s degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Technology, Education, Business, etc., from an accredited institution.
5–7 years of demonstrated successful administrative and strategic experience, including but not limited to online education, educational program development, planning, implementation, administration, and evaluation of traditional programs, competency‑based education, corporate sponsorships, non‑credit programs, and degree completion initiatives.
3–5 years of demonstrated experience coordinating or planning successful online and alternative semester programming.
3–5 years of preferred demonstrated experience with student support and collaboration with support units in online and alternate session programs.
1–3 years of preferred experience working with commercial vendors.
1–3 years of supervisory experience.
Strong interpersonal, written communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent marketing and promotional skills.
