Position Summary
We are seeking a Manager/Director of Ticket Sales to help lead day‑to‑day ticket sales efforts and support continued revenue growth. This role is ideal for a developing sales leader ready to take the next step in their career.
We will support the planning and execution of ticket sales initiatives across season tickets, group sales, premium and single‑game sales. This role combines hands‑on selling, team coaching, and sales operations support, while offering a clear path for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Sales & Revenue
Assist in executing ticket sales strategies for season tickets, group sales, premium seating, single‑game and promotional packages.
Actively sell tickets and lead by example through personal sales efforts.
Support prospecting and lead generation initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and themed ticket offers.
Sales Team Leadership
Help train, coach, and motivate Account Executives and Sales Interns.
Support onboarding, daily activity tracking, and goal setting.
Provide feedback and coaching to improve sales performance.
Reinforce accountability, energy, and a positive team culture.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Track sales activity and pipeline performance using CRM and ticketing systems.
Assist with weekly and monthly reporting.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Fan Experience & Community Engagement
Deliver a high level of customer service to ticket buyers.
Assist with resolving customer questions and concerns.
Build and maintain relationships with ticket holders, groups, and community partners.
Support select community events, networking opportunities, and game nights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in ticket sales or sports business.
Prior experience mentoring or assisting junior sales staff is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow as a leader.
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred (not Required)
Group sales experience.
Familiarity with Paciolan or similar ticketing platforms.
Basic sales reporting or analytics experience.
Public speaking or community engagement experience.
