Digital products are central to how we create value, serve customers, and shape consumer experiences. Our product organization empowers small, agile teams to move with clarity, speed, and purpose, making digital a core advantage. We’re raising our standards across product, design, and engineering, deepening user connection, and rebuilding our foundational systems end‑to‑end.

We are building an in‑house engineering capability from the ground up, establishing the technical backbone for our digital products and platforms. This team will define the architecture and build resilient, scalable systems that accelerate value delivery and enable our product vision. If you are an engineering leader who has built modern, product‑led organizations and wants to do it again at a meaningful scale, we want to meet you.

About the Role The Head of Engineering & Platforms is the senior leader responsible for building and scaling the product management team for core customer and commercial experience platforms and the engineering capability that powers digital products for North America. This is a foundational, entrepreneurial role: this engineering organization is in its infancy, and this leader will take it from 0 → 1, establishing the Product Operating Model culture, systems, and technical backbone for how we build software in the largest operating unit ($18 Bn+) in The Coca‑Cola Company.

As the technical visionary, you will set engineering strategy across the Customer Experience Landscape, ensuring our products and platforms are resilient, secure, scalable, and designed for high‑velocity iteration. You will build modern engineering teams, elevate engineering excellence, and establish a platform architecture that accelerates product discovery, delivery, and the ability to measure outcomes across multiple markets, bottlers, and global ecosystems.

In partnership with leaders across the enterprise in North America and globally, you will shape integrated digital experiences and embed engineering in discovery, experimentation, and the delivery of customer, partner, and associate‑facing solutions.
