The Sales Head (USA) will be responsible for establishing and driving the company’s sales operations in the United States. This leadership role will oversee business development, key account management, sales strategy, and coordination with internal teams for design, inventory, and after‑sales support. The role is critical to building the company’s presence and market share in the US solar market. Responsibilities
Lead and manage all sales activities for US-based customers and solar projects Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence and revenue in the US Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with EPCs, developers, and utility customers Manage key customer relationships and long-term strategic accounts Coordinate with internal teams on project design, technical solutions, and proposals Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and supply coordination for US projects Ensure effective after‑sales support and customer satisfaction Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and trade exhibitions Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to senior management Support the future setup of regional operations and infrastructure in the US as the business expands Qualifications and Experience
Minimum
10+ years of experience
in sales and business development within the solar, renewable energy, or power infrastructure sector Strong experience in eBOS, solar components, or related electrical systems is highly desirable Proven track record of managing large‑scale solar project sales in the US market Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup and build operations from the ground up Location
