Duties & Responsibilities
Build campaigns: Independently building and modifying warm & cold campaigns to small niche markets ( Design content: will work with the internal head of sales, internal Product expert, and the freelance designer to ideate and guide content creation as needed.
Maintain CRM: set up and use CRM to track efforts.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in lead generation or B2B data research.
Must have experience with LinkedIn Ads.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry.
Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven experience in building campaigns.
Proficient with CRM tools.
Technical Requirements
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
Working Webcam.
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM.
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection.
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps.
