Bachelor’s degree 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting, private accounting, or financial planning CPA or EA required Experience serving high-net-worth clients, partnerships, trusts, and closely held entities Strong technical tax research and regulatory knowledge Proficiency with tax compliance software (CCH or GOSystem preferred) Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Experience in training and mentoring junior staff Strong attention to detail What you’ll do
