Location: Omaha, NE / Lincoln, NE
Pay Range This range is provided by Agemark Senior Living. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Lead weekly sales calls for regional communities, providing guidance, training, and support onsite and virtually.
Achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy through innovative marketing, PR, and sales strategies.
Coach sales teams on building relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources, guiding them through the decision‑making process.
Collaborate with Executive Directors to solve challenges, drive growth, and meet business objectives.
Support community events, direct mail campaigns, networking efforts, and advertising initiatives.
Develop KPI‑driven marketing plans and lead targeted initiatives for each community.
Step in as Interim Senior Living Consultant when needed, managing tours, lead generation, and CRM data.
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new sales team members.
Maintain close communication with the VP of Sales for strategy development, brainstorming, and ongoing support.
What You Bring
Proven sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
Strong local relationships to drive business growth and achieve goals.
Management experience with leadership, mentoring, and training skills.
Solid understanding of KPIs, ROI, and budget management.
Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to travel extensively within the region and attend occasional evenings or weekend events.
