SAP Media Program Lead (Los Angeles)

An entertainment organization in California is actively seeking a new experienced SAP Media Program Lead, with a strong background in financial transformation, to assist with a new enhancement project. Responsibilities: Assist with the enhancement program for a large media company, consisting of multiple workstreams, that will migrate statement processing to SAP S4 Collaborate closely with the Senior Director, Manager of Financial Systems, and a team of Business Analysts to drive project success Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated resource for partnering with business stakeholders to move the project forward Oversee all aspects of the program, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource allocation Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategic priorities Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress, issues, and milestones Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting transparency, accountability, and innovation Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Program and Project Leadership roles Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field Previous experience focusing on large-scale Financial Transformation initiatives Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs within the media industry Deep understanding of Financial systems, processes, and best practices, particularly within film and TV production Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and technical information to non-technical audiences Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones Desired Skills: PMP, PgMP, or similar Project Management certification
