Job Description Job Description Certified Aide Assistants (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) assignments may include: Mouth care, denture care. Grooming - shampoo, dry, and comb hair, shave, ordinary care of nails. Bathing - bed bath, tub bath, shower. Bathroom privileges - bedpan, commode, toilet. Transferring - bed to chair, to wheelchair. Meals - prepare, serve, feed (when applicable) a well-balanced diet. Dressing and undressing activities. Self-Administered medications - remind clients to take medications only. Ambulation activities. Take Vital signs when advised (T.P.R. & B.P.). Keep daily records on all cases and report any incidents or changes to the Supervisor.
