Your Role as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA): Provide direct, hands-on care to residents including assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. Maintain a clean, safe environment following facility protocols and infection control guidelines. Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly to the nursing staff. What We’re Looking For: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Delaware. Availability to work a minimum of one weekend per month. Experience in long-term care or subacute settings preferred but not required. Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to manage physical care tasks and multitask in a dynamic environment.
