Job Description Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, and providing emotional support. The Certified Home Caregiver will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care. Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility, including transferring from beds, chairs, and wheelchairs, as well as walking and exercising. Administer prescribed medications as directed by healthcare providers and monitor clients for any adverse reactions. Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and accompany them to appointments or outings. Health Monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs, observe changes in clients' physical or mental health, and report concerns to healthcare providers. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, including daily logs, medication administration, and any incidents or changes in condition. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Safety: Ensure a safe environment for clients by implementing safety measures, identifying potential hazards, and responding to emergencies promptly.
