Compensation:
$45,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Average 1st Year OTE: $75-85k)

Selby Jennings is our dedicated financial services brand, partnering with leading institutions across banking, investment management, fintech, and insurance. Consultants on the team are trained to become true market specialists, empowered with industry-specific tools, mentorship, and data-driven insights to make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
Build relationships with current & prospective clients, understand their hiring needs, and win new business by pitching our recruitment services as a solution
Candidate Sourcing:
Identify and source candidates to fill mid-to-senior level roles in the finance industry through cold calling, networking, social media, and job postings
Process Management:
Manage the full hiring process – from initial outreach to interview coordination to offer delivery + post-placement follow up
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in the finance space to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of sales experience and/or customer service experience
Background knowledge and/or experience in the finance industry (preferred)
Strong work ethic, performance-driven, thrives in fast-paced environments
Proven experience with persuasion, resiliency, problem-solving, and collaboration
