The Lead Solution Architect is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient and scalable application architecture within the organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand technical requirements, creating robust solutions, and ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of application infrastructure. The position also requires evaluating emerging technologies and advising senior leadership on strategic technical vision to drive modernization and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Define and execute architectural strategies aligned with project objectives. Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or domains. Develop architectural designs and solutions, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Mentor and guide junior and senior architects in project-related tasks and skill development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective architectural solutions. Work closely with stakeholders (business analysts, data engineers, IT teams, and management) to align technical solutions with business needs. Assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance application processes and recommend adoption where applicable. Play a key leadership role in architecture and design reviews; identify gaps and recommend improvements. Actively participate in the architecture community to drive modernization opportunities for the Healthcare Business Unit while managing IT landscape complexities. Required Qualifications

10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect). Strong experience in designing for non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real-time, multi-threading). Expertise in interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7. 5+ years of full-stack development experience. 5+ years of experience with SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and related databases. 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and LLMs. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in interoperability enterprise solutions. Certification in one or more cloud platforms (Salesforce, GCP, Azure, AWS). Experience in large-scale migration efforts from legacy technology to modern platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required). Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
