and .**Principal Analog IC Design Engineer**The Automated Test Equipment(ATE) group is searching for an experienced Analog/Mixed -Signal IC Design Engineer based in Wilmington MA who will be responsible for designing high accuracy Device Power Supply and V/I circuits used in IC Testers.Responsibilities include:* System level design and simulation of complex high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal IC’s* Transistor level design and simulation of high accuracy/high voltage analog/mixed-signal IC’s* Oversee transistor level to die level Analog Layout* Troubleshoot complex integrated circuits in the lab* Interface with Applications, Product and Test Engineers to bring products from conception through release* Provide application support to customersRequirements* BSEE and 10+ years of Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design experience* MSEE and experience in high accuracy feedback circuits preferred* Understanding of semiconductor device physics and processing* Experience with IC product life cycles* Ability to work with large multi-disciplined teams* Familiarity with lab equipment* Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and thorough*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export
licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
