Our client, a leading global Am Law 50 firm, has an active need for a litigator with crypto/blockchain experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice represents the most prominent crypto companies in the world and leads cutting-edge crypto litigation, represents crypto creditors’ committees and debtors in bankruptcy, and guides start-ups breaking into the industry.

Responsibilities
Represent clients with crypto and blockchain-related legal matters, including defending government investigations, pursuing crypto litigation, obtaining money transmitter and other state licenses, and advising on initial coin offerings
Handle discovery, motions, expert opinions, and trial work for crypto litigation matters
Required Qualifications
2-6 years of litigation experience and strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain
Experience in cryptocurrency-related litigation, products, regulatory advice, or government investigations preferred
Excellent academic credentials
Location Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
