Redwood Credit Union
Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Product Analyst, who will administer the product portfolio optimization program, used to monitor and enhance RCU’s existing products and services. Responsibilities include assessing the current state of products and services to identify gaps and opportunities, managing and monitoring catalog-level product performance and reporting, and supporting optimization and enhancement initiatives that improve the Member experience and drive Member growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Product Assessments:
Prepare materials for product assessments, including drawing insights from Member and team member feedback, surveying branches and the contact center, and determining the current digital experience.
Facilitate product assessment workshops with line of business partners.
Assess current‑state product performance and identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Document and present assessment results including defining opportunities.
Facilitate the prioritization of enhancements and optimizations emerging from product assessments.
Analyze product and service key performance indicators (KPIs) after launch and develop action plans to advance success and address challenges.
Product Catalog Management:
Develop an in‑depth knowledge of Redwood Credit Union’s product catalog, assessment process, and key performance indicators.
Administer the catalog database, updates, and reporting.
Support ongoing KPI reporting and monitoring.
Product Strategy, Planning, and Delivery:
Benchmark competitors, credit unions, fintechs, and others.
Identify market and consumer trends that may impact product performance or create new opportunities.
Support activities and projects to implement and launch product and service enhancements and optimizations.
Support backlog management for each product area.

Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to conduct research, document findings, and make recommendations.
Ability to analyze problems and challenges, identify and evaluate alternatives, and develop potential solutions.
Strong communication, including verbal, written, and presentation skills. Able to prepare and present reports and presentations of analysis, insights, and recommendations.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively coordinate and facilitate meetings and group working sessions.
High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to extract insights from data and provide a qualitative analysis.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as high aptitude to quickly learn how to use task‑specific software tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience in data analysis and drawing insights from feedback and data.
Financial services industry and/or credit union experience.
Strong desire to learn and grow as a product management professional.
The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate’s degree, plus a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Compensation Base starting range: $33.00 to $44.00 hourly commensurate with experience.
Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
