The experimentation team builds and maintains the Intuit experimentation Platform, an enterprise-wide capability for moving rapidly and reliably from hypothesis to action. At Intuit, all teams (TurboTax, Mailchimp and QuickBooks to name a few) use IXP. Responsibilities
Design and develop reliable, scalable, cost effective, reusable and maintainable pipelines, tools for increasing experimentation velocity across Intuit
Create reports, dashboards, new metrics to measure user behavior and product performance
Develop documentation, lead training sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the experimentation platform
Influence platform roadmap with insights learnt from supporting business stakeholders
Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, product managers and engineers to deliver features and solutions that add business value and delight our customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying quantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems.
Advanced experience in statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation.
Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker), and scripting languages (Python, R).
Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to construct impactful visualizations, communicate insights, and influence leadership.
A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
$165,500-224,000 (Bay Area California)
$158,500-214,000 (Southern California)
