What You’ll Do
Supervise all rehab disciplines and lead multidisciplinary team meetings
Ensure clinical programs operate effectively, monitor compliance, and audit documentation
Develop and implement new clinical initiatives and quality improvement projects
Collaborate with facility and upper management to achieve rehab goals and quality care
Qualifications
Licensed as PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP in the state of practice
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting
Strong organizational, communication, and team‑building skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance
Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality
