Summary Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Regional Vice President to join our Hyatt Sales Force Meetings & Events Department. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the broader Hyatt Sales Force and Hotel Leadership teams, playing a key role in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role Responsibilities include leading the Hyatt Sales Force M&E team to strategic success, assisting with achievement of revenue goals for the team, and aligning with company priorities across all functional teams within Hyatt. This includes preparation and review of owner and customer‑facing communications, monthly and quarterly trends and projections, as well as analytics across sales performance and incentive plans.
Co‑lead a team of 65+ sales‑minded individuals to achieve semester and annual revenue goals
Strategize with other HSF departments to make Hyatt the leading above‑property sales structure for customers
Participate in customer‑facing events, both industry wide and Hyatt Specific
Be nimble and able to quickly adapt to ever‑changing industry needs and company priorities
Craft said priorities into strategies for success
Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences
Qualifications Experience Required:
10+ years of experience in same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role
Experience and knowledge in gaining insights from complex reporting and how ability to deploy sellers effectively to maximize market share and opportunities
Demonstrated ability to partner with Owners/Operators
Experience Preferred:
Experience with leading a diverse sales team responsible for $2B+ in revenue annually
