Title: Material Handler/Service Technician
Duration: 9 months Contract (possibility of extension)
Location: 50 Otis Street, Westborough, MA 01581 (Onsite)
Shifts Available: 1st shift 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM / 2nd shift 3 PM - 11:30 PM
Description:
Service Technicians are members of the Assembly and Logistics teams within the general manufacturing team, responsible for building, automated testing, and packaging of products manufactured internally. Candidate will use their general knowledge of manufacturing tools (including but not limited to torque tools, wrenches, channel locks, etc.) and follow written/verbal instructions to perform the following:

• Required tasks and build electro-mechanical units utilizing industry best practices.
• Shipping, receiving, maintaining, tracking, and delivering goods for manufacturing following appropriate protocols.
• Learning systems and tools for material management, as well as coordinating methods of delivery with suppliers and customers
• Seeking out improvements in processes to continuously meet on-time delivery of goods.
• Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment & pallet jacks for loading and unloading trailers

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Read and follow English language instructions
• Able to work safely in structured manufacturing environments.
• Candidate will need to provide their own steel-toed shoes/ Hard composite toed.
• Requires standing for 8 hours outside of the breaks
