Senior Staff Software Engineer

The role involves end-to-end technical accountability for a sub-value stream, requiring leadership in design, development, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities
Lead technical teams in Scrum, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects. Address technical issues proactively and work closely with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with architectural standards. Mentor team members and enforce development best practices. Perform technical reviews and develop APIs using REST, SOAP, XML/JSON, and other technologies. Develop using .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and related technologies. Experience with Duck Creek Suite, cloud integrations, and relational databases is preferred. Leadership Functions
Lead IT design and development teams, ensuring compliance with architecture standards. Support multiple work streams, prioritize tasks, and develop technical guidelines. Minimum Requirements
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field, with 10+ years of application development experience. 7+ years in application design, solution analysis, and roadmap creation. Experience with cloud (AWS preferred), Duck Creek products, DevOps tools, and agile frameworks. Strong skills in high concurrency application development, XML/JSON, and relational databases. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office presence 3 days a week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
