State Farm Agency, located in Denton, TX has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual (Spanish) Front Office Receptionist - State Farm Team Member. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist the Office Manager with daily tasks
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Obtain Google reviews from clients
- Onboard new and existing clients
- Handle billing questions and take payments
- Help clients with downloading company apps and setting up their accounts online
- Texting, calling, and emailing new and existing clients for payments, forms, insurance reviews for the agent and more

- Starting hourly pay during probationary period then will convert to base salary

Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Must be professional and respectful
- Responsible learner with excellent phone skills/manners
- Prior office experience in a professional setting is a plus
- Dependable and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to client
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work
- Property and Casualty (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Life license (must be able to obtain)
- Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed
