Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 8 weeks with option to extend, as needed, will consider 3 and 6 months
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly
- Combination of 8's, 10's, 12's (7:00a - 3:30p; 7:00a - 5:30p; 7:00a - 7:30p)
- Must be available to work all shifts
Clinical Details:
- General, Orthopedics, GI, GYN, Neuro, ENT, Vascular, Regional Blocks (Optional)
- No Hearts, Transplants, OB
- Must be comfortable under Medical Supervision and operate independently
- Physicians are there to assist but not direct
- No Call
- EMR: EPIC
- 13 OR's, 2 GI suites
- Support Staff: Anesthesiologist, CRNAs
- Setting: Hospital
Requirements:
- Vaccination Requirement
- Board Certified
- Active HI License
- Emergency privileges available with clean background and license in hand
