Job Description
Representative Duties/Assignments
Performs all set-up and tear down configurations pertaining to exhibit hall and meeting room requirements under tight deadlines to meet client specifications and life safety codes.
Involves lifting and placement of stacking chairs and folding tables, pushing and pulling of equipment dollies.
Accurately interpret and carry out detailed specifications in written and diagram form.
Performs last minute changes as requested by show management regarding event set-ups in meeting rooms and exhibit halls.
Places linen and provides water service set-ups to meeting room functions and verifies "show readiness" of all room sets for completeness, accuracy, cleanliness, and safety.
Operates movable track wall partitions to re-arrange exhibit hall and meeting room configuration to accommodate client set-up requirements.
Install and dismantle complex performance staging and risers to meet client specifications and safety requirements.
Interacts in a positive and responsive manner with show management, clients, and attendees of events, seminar speakers, and general public.
Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicant must possess a valid driver's license or have the ability to obtain one by date of hire.

Salary Information
Pay Grade: 406 - From $16.08 to $16.59
FLSA Status:
2nd Shift: $16.08 + additional $0.35 per hour for hours worked between 3pm-11pm
3rd Shift: $17.15 + additional $0.50 per hour for hours worked between 11pm-7am
*Please note shift differentials are not part of an employees base pay. If an employee works a different shift, they will not recieve the shift differential
