Applications Development Analyst - Oracle EPM
Applications developers are responsible for managing the full lifecycle of software applications-designing, coding, testing, and deploying solutions that align with user needs, performance goals, and security standards. As an entry-level individual contributor, the Applications Development Analyst begins applying knowledge gained through advanced education while developing professional skills under the guidance of experienced developers and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Applications developers are responsible for managing the full lifecycle of software applications-designing, coding, testing, and deploying solutions that align with user needs, performance goals, and security standards. As an entry-level individual contributor, the Applications Development Analyst begins applying knowledge gained through advanced education while developing professional skills under the guidance of experienced developers and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior developers in coding, testing, debugging, and enhancing software programs to meet project objectives.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving coding issues.
- Offer technical support to internal users; escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor support trends and collaborate with senior developers to improve system performance and user experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the Oracle EPM ecosystem, with in-depth knowledge of the following:
- TRCS : Including administration, business rules, Data Management, Task Manager, Reporting, and Smart View.
- FCCS : Covering all aspects of system administration, business rules, Data Management, Task Manager, Reporting, and Smart View.
- EPRCS and Essbase technologies.
- TRCS : Including administration, business rules, Data Management, Task Manager, Reporting, and Smart View.
- Strong ability to collaborate with CIS functional teams and business stakeholders across controllership, tax, and operating companies to design and implement system and process enhancements.
- Experience supporting financial close cycles, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
- This position requires working onsite in the New York City office.
