We are currently seeking experienced Medical Spa Sales Consultants who are interested in a rewarding med spa career. This is an entry-level role.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well‑being
Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
Achieve sales targets through consultative selling
Assist clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments
Confident and competent consulting and completing comprehensive treatment plans
Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care
Must be available full‑time with open availability including Fridays and Saturdays
Skills
Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or retail industry is strongly desired
Excellent client service skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
Kind and professional
Responsible and compassionate
Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills
