As a Restaurant General Manager, your primary responsibility is to the customer, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience. Qualifications

Recruit and hire restaurant staff, train and evaluate staff performance Oversee food quality, manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory Develop menus and plan new and update existing menus Create and execute restaurant marketing strategies Manage restaurant’s tech stack and supplies including smallwares Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction Organize and supervise shifts, hire new employees, and terminate employees when necessary Manage and lead staff, develop hourly and salary staff Control costs and minimize waste Create and nurture a positive working environment Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality Job Requirements

Ideally, 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role Ideally, 5+ years of experience customer service management Extensive food and wine knowledge Computer literacy Familiarity with restaurant management software Experience in event planning Strong leadership, motivational and people skills Good financial management skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration Complete our short application today!
