Position Summary The Director of Corporate Services is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the company’s global real estate, office operations and travel functions. Reporting directly to the COO, this role ensures efficient administrative operations, risk mitigation and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with strong leadership skills and experience managing cross‑functional teams.
Real Estate & Facilities
Manage the company’s real estate portfolio, including leases, acquisitions and dispositions.
Oversee facility operations, maintenance and space planning.
Lead office relocations, renovations and build‑outs.
Ensure facilities meet health, safety and environmental standards.
Leadership & Strategy
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to administrative teams.
Develop and manage departmental budgets and KPIs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align administrative functions with business objectives.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Travel Management
Develop and implement executive and other corporate travel policies and procedures.
Manage relationships with travel vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and service.
Oversee travel booking systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor travel budgets and generate reports for executive leadership.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of progressive experience in administration, with leadership roles in real estate.
Strong negotiation, project management and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with travel management software and security systems.
Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and lease negotiation.
Crisis management and emergency response planning experience.
Ability to work in our Baltimore or Washington DC office five days a week.
Ability to travel as needed.
MD Salary: $160‑$200k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long‑term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
DC Salary: $160‑$200k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long‑term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
