Responsibilities
Engage with senior client finance executives on business challenges and the potential value of current and future SAP solutions.
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through development of business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations.
Architect end‑to‑end finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, and partner solutions.
Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, identify functional areas where AI can deliver real value, and deploy AI use cases to improve project delivery.
Advise, design, and deliver finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices.
Lead large project teams of varying size and scope, helping them achieve transformational roadmaps onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise to become a trusted advisor to clients, teams, and leadership.
Build thought‑leadership assets and best practices and develop the next level of transformation experts.
Travel may be required (0%–100% depending on business needs).
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead for large SAP transformation programs in SAP Finance and Retail (specifically Grocery), managing day‑to‑day operations and delivering successful business outcomes.
Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs for Retail (specifically Grocery); SAP support / managed services experience is not considered for this requirement.
Minimum 4 end‑to‑end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for SAP Finance and Retail (specifically Grocery) clients.
Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50–100 people) in a Global Delivery model.
Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience) or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent 6‑year work experience.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation varies by location and includes a broad range of benefits. Below are annual salary ranges for selected regions:
California: $132,500 to $338,300
Cleveland: $122,700 to $270,600
Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
District of Columbia: $141,100 to $311,200
Illinois: $122,700 to $292,200
Maryland: $132,500 to $292,200
Massachusetts: $132,500 to $311,200
Minnesota: $132,500 to $292,200
New York/New Jersey: $122,700 to $338,300
Washington: $141,100 to $311,200
