Oncology Coding Analyst

Overview Full‑time, exempt position performed in a days schedule. Core responsibilities include proactive daily audits of patient billing, identifying and executing discrepancy actions, initiating billing processes for procedures, drugs and equipment, facilitating CDM adjustments for Medicare and third‑party payer regulations, ensuring CPT4, ICD9 and HCPCS coding compliance, monitoring Federal Register changes, and maintaining the financial health of the service. This role coordinates closely with the Revenue Management Department.
Qualifications Associate’s Degree, Diploma in business, or three to five years of experience in a healthcare reimbursement/business office environment.
Compensation USD $23.11 – $35.29 per hour.
