Bridal Store Manager [Charlotte, SC] Reports To:

40-45 hrs/week; Open availability on Saturday and Sunday required

Base Compensation:

Starting at $60,000, with a competitive total compensation package and potential earnings up to $82,000

Position Summary Luxe Brands is looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Luxe Redux Boutique. You’ll inspire a dynamic team, drive sales, and create an unforgettable experience for every Bride‑to‑Be who walks through our doors. The role focuses on delivering personalized, celebratory experiences, coaching growth, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inspire and motivate the team, holding direct reports accountable for performance objectives.

Analyze store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

Identify staffing needs, lead hiring, and recruit top talent.

Provide coaching and training on new designers, gowns, collections, and industry trends.

Assist with bridal appointments as needed.

Manage administrative tasks such as scorecards, notes, follow‑up calls, and store activities.

Uphold brand standards and deliver outstanding service.

Address and resolve customer and team challenges effectively.

Collaborate with leadership to align store performance with company goals.

Perform additional duties as required to support the team and business operations.

Requirements

High school diploma.

2+ years of experience overseeing and leading direct reports.

2+ years in training and professional development.

2+ years conducting performance reviews and corrective actions.

2+ years managing core operations, including scheduling, recruitment, and training.

Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

Strong English communication skills.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Reliable transportation.

Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred Experience

Proficiency with Apple products and macOS.

Familiarity with Microsoft suite of tools.

Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates to build high‑performing teams.
