An independent Level 3 Trauma, 25-bed critical access hospital in Montana's Mountainous Western Slope is seeking a CRNA to join their team. Practice medicine in one of the most picturesque Mountain West communities with a well‑rooted, diversified physician and provider group.
Position
Independent practice – Recent graduates welcome to apply.
Diversified case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, and more.
90th percentile proven earning potential.
Sign‑on, relocation, and student‑loan repayment opportunities.
9 weeks PTO + 1 week of dedicated CME annually.
