Job Description Palo Alto Networks IT is building a world‑class IT product management team and is looking for top‑notch product managers to expand the team. The role involves introducing new products that support Palo Alto Partners, Distributors, and Marketplaces, working closely with partners, distributors, product, engineering, legal, finance, sales/partner operations, and global customer support.
Your Impact
Define vision and strategy for partner‑facing products that support indirect sales motions.
Partner with Channels GTM, Sales GTM, Product Management, and engineering teams to develop products aligned with the product vision.
Drive products from ideation to launch.
Define and drive the business process, solution, and user stories that translate into products.
Lead IT product roadmap development and build excellent partnerships with various leaders within the company.
Define requirements, develop functional specifications, and estimate delivery timelines in collaboration with product management and engineering.
Manage all aspects of the product life cycle, including end‑user feedback, requirements, and issues.
Analyze and evaluate product performance and make recommendations.
Manage business expectations, proactively plan for new offerings, and build partnerships with leaders across the organization.
Mentor and grow junior product managers.
Qualifications
10–12+ years of experience working as a Product Manager in a high‑tech company.
Extensive experience working with partners and distributors.
Experience driving innovative partner solutions using AI.
Experience creating mockups using Lovable or similar tools.
Knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Communities (or equivalent).
Strong desire to take ownership of a set of new products and design capabilities to support indirect motion.
Drive to design something new, innovative, and disruptive.
Experience developing APIs for partners or customers.
Experience developing solutions/products that integrate with different cloud service providers is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Software development background is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superlative collaboration mindset – highly cross‑functional role.
