Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Description The

Traveling Superintendent

will oversee all on‑site construction activities for this Omaha project, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This role requires someone who is confident managing their own workflow, coordinating subcontractors, and driving field operations with minimal oversight.

Most projects operate with a one‑superintendent/one‑project‑manager structure, though larger projects — such as this one — may include multiple supers.

Profile

10+ years of construction experience , including leadership on large commercial or mixed‑use projects

Experience managing

projects $50M+ , especially ground‑up/base‑building work

Strong scheduling, field coordination, and safety management skills

Proficiency with

Microsoft Project, Procore , and similar platforms

Ability to travel and remain on‑site in Omaha for the full project duration (approx. 14 months)

Must pass a

drug screen, driving record check, and background check
