Senior Business Analyst – Financial Planning Systems | Global Technology Company
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Financial Planning Systems to support enterprise forecasting, reporting, and data governance for a global finance organization. If you have strong FP&A experience and hands‑on expertise with Oracle EPBCS, DRM, and Smart View, this is a high‑impact role partnering closely with Finance and IT teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
Support enterprise planning and forecasting in Oracle EPBCS across Spend, Workforce, Capex, Revenue, GM, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Prepare, validate, and analyze data for monthly and quarterly forecast cycles
Partner with GL Accounting during close to ensure actuals alignment
Provide global FP&A support for Smart View, forecasting issues, and ad‑hoc reporting
Translate business requirements into system enhancements and process improvements
Maintain planning models, metadata, and data governance using Oracle EPBCS and DRM
Lead small to mid‑size system enhancements in partnership with Finance and IT
Create training, documentation, and onboarding materials for global users
Qualifications
4+ years supporting financial planning and FP&A processes (mandatory)
3+ years hands‑on experience with Oracle EPBCS, DRM, and Smart View (mandatory)
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems preferred)
