Portfolio Guideline Monitoring Analyst - Role Overview The Portfolio Guideline Monitoring Analyst supports investment teams by ensuring portfolio transactions and holdings comply with client guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role involves reviewing investment management agreements, evaluating and coding investment restrictions, and maintaining a guideline monitoring system such as Sentinel.

Responsibilities

Review investment management agreements.

Evaluate and code investment restrictions.

Maintain the guideline monitoring system (e.g., Sentinel).

Provide real‑time pre‑trade support.

Resolve post‑trade compliance exceptions.

Collaborate closely with portfolio management, product, and relationship teams.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of equity, fixed income, and derivatives.

Experience with investment compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., 40 Act, UCITS).

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
