About the Role
We are seeking a
ServiceNow CPQ Solution Architect
with strong
Logik.io
expertise to lead the design and delivery of complex
quote-to-cash (Q2C)
solutions. This role will own end-to-end CPQ architecture, integrating
ServiceNow CPQ / Order Management / CSM
with
Logik.io
as the advanced configuration and pricing engine.
You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams to translate complex selling models into scalable, high-performance CPQ solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and end-to-end solution design for ServiceNow CPQ integrated with Logik.io
Define target architecture, data flows, and integration patterns across CRM, ERP, Billing, and Payments
Design complex configuration and pricing models (bundles, constraints, eligibility, approvals)
Establish best practices for performance, security, scalability, and governance
Implementation & Delivery
Lead fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and technical discussions
Create and review solution design documents, configuration workbooks, and integration specs
Guide configuration and development teams across ServiceNow and Logik.io
Oversee testing (Unit, SIT, UAT, Performance) and production releases
Business Partnership
Work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, RevOps, Product, and Finance
Translate subscription, usage-based, tiered, discount, and partner pricing models into CPQ designs
Act as a trusted advisor on quote-to-cash process improvements
Governance & Enablement
Define CPQ and Logik.io design standards and best practices
Conduct architecture and solution reviews
Provide L3 / architect-level support for production issues
Create documentation and knowledge assets
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in enterprise applications / SaaS implementations
4–5+ years of hands‑on CPQ experience (ServiceNow CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.)
2+ years of hands‑on Logik.io (or similar advanced configuration engine) experience
Strong ServiceNow experience in one or more of:
CPQ / Order Management / Telecom
CSM / ITSM / FSM with quoting or ordering
Deep understanding of:
Configuration rules (compatibility, inclusion/exclusion, cardinality)
Approval workflows and deal desks
Strong integration experience with CRM, ERP, Billing systems using REST APIs / middleware
Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop‑facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience integrating
ServiceNow CPQ with Logik.io
B2B SaaS, subscription, renewals, amendments, or co‑terming experience
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – CSM / OM / Telecom)
