Key Accountabilities
Coordinate executive’s calendar, meetings, schedule, travel arrangements, expense reports, and prepare requisite materials. Consult with executive and Chief of Staff to align information and priorities.
Respond to requests for information, policies, and executive action, analyze needs and problems and determine approach and priority. Research technical or policy questions and coordinate documentation to support executive decision making.
Represent the CEO to a wide variety of constituents, building relationships, resolving issues and staying up‑to‑date on current market, industry and company trends.
Perform broad administrative coordination and support duties requiring extensive communication within and outside the company, using independent judgment and analytical skill.
Apply multiple software applications at an advanced level, plan, organize and compile data, research facts and coordinate information retrieval and documentation procedures.
Exercise creativity and initiative to manipulate systems and applications to prepare communications or data displays, ensuring accuracy and researching questions.
Organize, track, update and maintain files.
Provide support for board meetings in conjunction with the Vice President of Board Relations.
Qualifications
Highly organized self‑starter and team player capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks and stakeholders with a high level of customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated relationship‑building skills and finesse in working with a wide variety of internal and external constituents.
Extreme flexibility and willingness to shift gears and adjust thinking as business needs and organizations change.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal / written communication skills and attention to detail.
Proactive communicator who anticipates needs and seeks opportunities to drive improvement.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and resourcefulness.
High emotional quotient and professionalism in managing multiple competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality regarding key personnel and business issues.
Education / Relevant Experience
Minimum of ten years of executive‑level administrative and business experience.
BS/BA or equivalent experience.
Minimum Education Requirements High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted.

Hourly Range $58.52 – $71.53
