Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the IGA platform’s availability, capacity, changes, performance, and compliance under the IGA policy and security program.
Drive integration of systems and applications to the IAM platforms, maximizing automated enforcement of IAM processes and controls for self‑sustaining compliance.
Advocate and promote benefits and efficiencies gained from integrating systems and applications to the IAM platforms and security program.
Schedule, implement, and execute access review and attestation campaigns, verifying, remediating gaps, and providing auditable traceability for end‑to‑end processes and controls.
Support and collaborate to provide regulatory proof of compliance to internal and external audit efforts.
Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSP) to deliver expert IAM services, ensuring satisfaction of service level agreements and continuous improvement.
Provide engineering support and guidance to Digital Identity Administration and IAM teams for incident, problem, capacity, and protocol support.
Ensure efficient handling of logs and audit trails supporting compliance verification, event evidencing, and overall security operations.
Support development of information security processes and procedures for bank assets, networks, and equipment.
Analyze performance and compliance/ related to the IAM program, policy, and standards, providing operational/compliance risk KPIs for overall platform performance and baseline.
Participate in remediation of audit and regulatory findings related to IAM.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology engineering or related discipline.
Experience:
3–5 years driving technical integration efforts, from requirements to IGA workflow definition and access review enforcement.
Holistic understanding of end‑to‑end IAM technologies and protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth, FIDO, LDAP).
Certification preferred (CISSP, CISM, CIAM, Okta, SailPoint, OIM).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills, with ability to manage concurrent requests.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, proven ability to work with technical teams and third‑party providers.
Knowledge of regulatory guidance from FDIC, CFPB, and FFIEC; strong in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Pay & Benefits $100,000 – $130,000 per year, determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
