💰 $60k–$65k + 10% bonus + shift differential bonus

A leading distribution center in Bessemer is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual Preferred) to join their 2nd shift leadership team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in high-volume, fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution setting
• Familiarity with WMS and conveyor/automated systems a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
