Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies and provide clear recommendations and guidance.
Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.
In‑office presence required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
Values‑driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self‑confidence.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others.
Ability to collaborate and learn from top performers.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Training & Development
FINRA sponsorship for required licensing.
120‑day comprehensive hands‑on training (Preliminary Employment Period).
Virtual University access for continuous learning.
Mentorship and local Vice President coaching.
Leadership Development School for management ambition.
Encouragement to pursue professional designations (CFP®, ChFC, Equitable Credential).
Compensation & Benefits
Sign‑on payment $250‑$1,000 upon PEP completion.
Stable pay $39,000 annually after PEP completion.
Commissions and bonus potential.
