Collaborate with partner technical teams to design architectures and demos tailored to end‑customer needs, focusing solely on the partner business.
Act as a trusted technical advocate for the Box platform within the partner community, showcasing how our solutions solve real business problems across industries.
Help identify and develop new technical use cases and solution accelerators that partners can use to increase pipeline velocity.
Deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications to help partners understand the platform, positioning, and best practices for building and selling solutions.
Participate in partner‑led customer engagements supporting discovery, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts where technical alignment is key to winning deals.
Provide structured feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams based on partner and customer insights to influence roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre‑Sales, or Partner Technical Enablement within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Strong understanding of working within highly regulated industries.
Experience working with or within a channel, VAR, or system integrator ecosystem.
Strong technical depth across AI, Business Process, Content Management, or similar.

Ability to balance strategic enablement initiatives with tactical deal support responsibilities.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for teaching, scaling knowledge, and building technical communities.
Creative problem‑solver who experiments, iterates, and refines to make every customer experience exceptional.
