Legal Docketing Specialist
to join its San Francisco office. This role supports a sophisticated litigation practice by ensuring accurate calendaring, timely filings, and consistent case management across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update critical information within the firm’s docketing and calendaring systems
Process electronic court filings in federal, state, and appellate courts
Respond to inquiries from arbitrators, experts, outside counsel, and internal legal teams
Monitor active litigation matters and retrieve documents using online legal research tools
Ensure strict compliance with court rules, deadlines, and procedural requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of litigation docketing or calendaring experience
Experience with CourtAlert, CompuLaw, eDockets, Westlaw, and/or LexisNexis
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
