Sign-on Bonus: $75,000 with a three-year work commitment
Premium Pay for weekends and extra shifts
Relocation assistance (must live more than 75 miles from Huntsville Hospital campus)
Voluntary Call: Earn up to an additional $25,000 annual salary, plus premium call‑back pay

Education/Qualifications
Current active state licensure as a registered nurse in Alabama or a compact state RN License
Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
Certified or recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
Current competency in the clinical responsibilities specified below
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
ACLS, BLS, PALS from American Heart Association
Ability to perform clinically as a nurse anesthetist in the facility setting on a regular basis
Operate, use, and interpret data from a wide variety of equipment to perform anesthesia care and support perioperative or operating room care
Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clinical staff and other disciplines
Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient population(s) served
Knowledge of infection prevention and control techniques
Ability to maintain confidential records
Ability to implement and adhere to facility policies and procedures
