Establish and maintain excellent guest services.
Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
Develop and manage staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
Oversee merchandising and inventory control while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours a day.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
