Registered Nurse – Outpatient Surgery (Full‑time, 100% FTE, variable day shift)

Department
UWMC‑Northwest Outpatient Surgery Center – ambulatory surgery in 4 ORs, wide range of general surgery, reflux, hernias.
Position Highlights
Circulate all surgical cases Work with dynamic Surgical Services Staff Provide compassionate skilled patient care in the Operating Room/Outpatient Surgery department Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control
Requirements
Two years operating room experience. Outpatient surgical experience. BSN and CNOR desired.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly Pay Range Maximum: $83.64 hourly Other Compensation: $10,000 Sign On Bonus, $5,000 Relocation Bonus, $4.00/hr Weekend Differential, $3.00/hr Evening Differential, $1.00/hr BSN Premium, $1.25/hr Nursing Certification
