Element Dental & Orthodontics Conroe is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a reputable 10‑plus‑year practice that serves over 1200 patients each month. The role encompasses a full spectrum of general and specialty dental procedures, including crowns, bridges, fillings, oral surgery, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
You will collaborate with Dr. Eric Flesher and the clinical team, while maintaining the clinical autonomy you desire. The position is full‑time (4‑5 days a week) with two Saturdays scheduled each month.
