The UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered mobile and web applications for internal associates. This role involves discovery, wireframing, high-fidelity design, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with brand standards.
Experience
1–2+ Years of UX design experience
Key Responsibilities
\* Participate actively in the design of software components for web and mobile applications
\* Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive visual and interactive designs
\* Conduct discovery sessions and define user roles and use cases
\* Create user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity design compositions
\* Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
\* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, visual designers, and content teams
\* Ensure UX assets align with brand guidelines and design systems
\* Partner with development teams to deliver intuitive user interfaces
\* Apply accessibility standards for web and mobile experiences
\* Support UX research, usability testing, and behavior analysis
\* Adhere to typography, layout, and graphic design standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
\* Bachelor’s degree in a related field
\* 1–2+ years of UX design experience for digital products or services
\* Strong portfolio showcasing UX work for web and mobile platforms
\* Hands-on experience with:
\* Figma
\* Sketch
\* Adobe Creative Suite
\* Design Systems
\* Working knowledge of:
\* HTML
\* CSS / SCSS
\* iOS and Android design principles
\* Strong communication and presentation skills
\* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
\* Excellent time management and multitasking skills
