Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY. Permanent part‑time officer with flexibility to cover other shifts, full‑time officers for weekend & weekday scheduling.

Daily Operations

Perform physical duties such as patrols, inspections, and emergency response activities.

Complete a minimum of 3 patrols per shift.

Conduct daily camera audits to ensure systems remain operational.

Process access and revoke access tickets precisely.

Perform badge creation, access credential edits, and biometric fingerprinting for clients and customers.

Read and understand Power BI dashboards and reporting; view the dashboard daily to address failed alarm responses.

Articulate concerns, comments, and questions without much guidance via email, work order, or team’s channel.

Respond to alarms and other KPIs according to all service level agreements.

Qualifications

Active DCJS license (or supporting renewal documentation).

Reliable transportation.

CPR/AED certification.

Minimum 3 years of related experience in a security operations center, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, or enterprise environments.

Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively deliver messages across multiple organizational levels.

Proficiency in report writing.

Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Active state security license.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification Requirements

DC security officer or special police officer license.

CPR certification.
