Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications

Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.

Understanding of Global Business Organization (GBO) and its business channels and teams (i.e., LCS, GCS, rGTM, GST, etc.).

Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams, while maintaining attention to execution details.

Excellent communication skills to help teams move with greater speed and efficiency to big outcomes.

Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously that span Alphabet’s different divisions.

About the job In this role, you will act as a member of the Ads Strategist team, to ensure Google delivers the highest performing ads products to its advertisers. You will be responsible for leading cross‑Ads and GBO projects with full autonomy to accelerate Google’s Product to Market to Product cycle and drive greater product portfolio strategy. You will influence product executives’ decision‑making, hold teams accountable for product performance outcomes, and many competing VP‑level priorities. You will closely partner with Ads, GTM, PSA, gTech, Finance, etc. leaders.

The Go-to-Market Operations (Gtm) team ensures Google's complex and ever‑evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go‑to‑market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000–$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Work cross‑functionally with cross‑GTM teams, People Operations, Business Finance, Marketing, and communications to scope, manage, and execute projects.

Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis; communicate key findings to executive leadership with executive‑ready presentations and program manage efforts on behalf of stakeholders.

Drive operating for the organization, including optimizing resource allocation, measuring progress against key objectives, and managing business updates or quarterly reviews.

Analyze business processes to identify potential issues and uncover levers for improvement; influence executive stakeholders to implement standardization and optimization strategies.
